Amber like an old bottle worn smooth by the tide, with smoky brown ribbons drifting through the glass like kelp caught in a slow current. This large hand-blown art glass bowl opens into a wide, flared rim that rolls over at the edge, catching the light the way the surface of the water does just before dusk. Set it in the middle of a long table or a sideboard, empty and glowing, or heaped with driftwood, shells or fruit.
