Order handling

Orders are prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. This handling time is separate from the time your order spends in transit.

Delivery timing

Transit time varies by destination and shipping service. Please allow for handling time in addition to transit time when planning your purchase.

Damaged arrivals

If your order arrives damaged, contact deadwreckoningco@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the damage, and photos of the item and packaging. Please keep the item and packaging while we review your request. See our return and refund policy for details.
